Minisforum performs a thorough refurbishment process, after rigorous testing and maintenance by Minisforum engineers to ensure that all returned products meet our resale quality standards.
Q：How are they packaged? Are there accessories included?
All refurbished products will be packed in original packaging or new cartons. They are all accompanied by accessories. A few models may be missing some accessories, you can contact us!
Q：What about cosmetic imperfections?
Each unit has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected and may have minor scratches and scuffs that do not affect functionality.
Q：What if I'm not completely satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days to request a replacement or refund on a refurbished order.
