Shipping Questions
Do you ship overseas?
Minisforum UK offer free shipping for customers in Ireland and the UK.
*Please note that we do not cover remote area surcharges.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 days of purchase, and the shipping time is approximately 7 days. (As this is an international flight, it may take some time for customs clearance and flight schedules, so delays may occur. Please be aware of this!)
For pre-order items, we will provide an estimated dispatch date, and shipments will be made according to this timeline. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Where will the products be shipped from?
Products will be shipped from Hong Kong.
What is the shipping fee?
- Orders with a purchase amount exceeding £94 are eligible for free delivery within the UK and Ireland.
- Orders with a purchase amount below £95 will be charged a postage fee of £12.
Does the order include customs duties?
- For orders within the UK, customs duties are included (please contact us promptly if customs duties are levied).
- Orders to Ireland do not include customs duties, and customers are responsible for handling any customs charges.
How to track orders paid via PayPal Express?
There are three ways to track your Express checkout order:
- Track your order on your personal account dashboard. Rest assured, once you've linked your PayPal account with your MINISFORUM account, your order details will also be clearly displayed on our website.
- Click on 'Order Status' to track your parcel. Enter your order number and log into your MINISFORUM account. We will send you detailed information via email.
- Visit the Express website.

Product Questions
What is included in a "Barebone" ?
Barebone system does not include RAM and SSD, so it does not come with any operating system installed.
Customers will need to add their own components and install the OS themselves.
Is Windows pre-installed on this pc?
Except for the Barebone versions, all editions come with Windows 11 pre-installed.
The Barebone versions do not include RAM or SSD; therefore Windows 11 is not pre-installed.
How do I install Windows on the Barebone version?
- Please click the support page link below to download Windows 11.
- Note: Minisforum does not provide Windows operating system product keys.

About RAM (memory) considerations:
- If you purchase 8 GB RAM, you will receive one 8 GB memory module.
- If you purchase 16 GB RAM, you will receive two 8 GB memory modules, and so on.

What should I do if there is a question about receiving the order?
You can simply submit the form to contact our after-sales support team.
How is DOA (dead-on-arrival) handled?
Please provide feedback within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Our customer service team will process your return as quickly as possible.
*For DOA products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Where is the return location? Who bears the shipping costs?
If you need to return or exchange, please contact our customer service.
Our team will designate the return warehouse based on the condition of your item.
Please note: except in DOA cases, we do not cover the shipping costs of the return parcel.
What is the warranty period? How can I get support?
We offer a two-year warranty on all products.
*It starts from the date when the customer signs for the product.
Our after-sales team handles returns and exchanges. Please contact us via email and send the items to our warehouse in the UK.
If the product I purchased does not meet my expectations, will I have to pay a handling fee?
If you are not satisfied with the purchased product within 30 days, you can return it for a refund, provided the product is in good condition, the packaging is intact, and it remains resaleable.
After we receive the returned item from your order, we will arrange an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs) according to your preference.
